While the food wasn’t labeled for allergens, I have coeliac disease and the chef went out of his way to guide me on what was safe to eat. He even prepared some meat separately just for me, absolute legend! I didn’t catch his name, but he was a bald, black gentleman in the kitchen who clearly cared about his craft and his guests.
